I use WinChain and Cygwin on my Windows machine. I noticed that cygwin has the same file system structure as my Linux Ubuntu 9.10 laptop (dual-boot). WinChain installs the toolchain, so I was wondering if it was possible to copy the Cygwin file system and put in into my Linux Ubuntu and run the toolchain from there under the terminal. Like I would copy C:\cygwin\bin to /bin/ and C:\cygwin\usr to /usr/. Would this be possible?
