copy contacts

    hey
    if i use ssh and copy all the contents of the mobileadressbook.app and then restore my ipod, re-jailbreak and ssh and paste the contents back in to the new app, will i have all of my old contacts?
    if not what else should i copy?

    not sure. but i think not...


    there are some files in /var/mobile/Library/AddressBook i'm almost positive. try that

    just make a back-up in iTunes

    or you could do this...lol

    but u cant from restore mode so if you're planning on doing a fresh restore from DFU, you can't. kick out of recovery with iLiberty+ and then restore make backup

    hey thanks alot ill try that. i have to use ssh because my ipod is just constantly restarting. I can fix it but i just would rather not have to reenter all of my contacts
