Ever since I jailbroke my 2.0.2 ipod touch. It seems everytime I plug my ipod in VIA USB the time and date changes. Also mobile safari will not save my cookies, as in login information.

I've searched, but I've found a lot of supposed "solutions" for the cookies. I don't want to SSH and CHMOD the wrong files. So anyone can give me a straight answer on that?

Well, for the cookies you need to edit permissions.

    chmod -R 777 /var/mobile/Library/Cookies

    I'll try that now.
    Anything about the time?

I don't know, mine's been randomly changing too.

I just reboot, reset time, reset settings, and then rebooted again and it's been fine for 2 days.
