There are SOOO many free conversion apps like videora and super. After opening these programs.. there are also SOO many different options you can pick.

I have a 700 mb avi file that I need to convert into an IPot compatible format (MPG4, H.264). I was wondering which settings and options I should pick so that I get the best quality.. and which app to use.

    Thanks

I use "videora ipod touch converter" which already comes with ipod touch presets so thats pretty handy and the quality pretty much stays the same as the movie in the format you are converting it from.

    Hope this helps!

    Don't use Videora, use iPodME.
