I think 480x320 is the right one for the iPod Touch, but I think the others will work too, just dont go fullscreen while using 'em, you'll get a cropped fullscreen view.

Depends. What is the resolution of the video that you're using? And are you planning to plug the device to the TV?

Just pop in the DVD, open Handbrake, select the iPhone/iPod Touch preset, and Go. In some cases, its good to have VLC installed so it can handle the Copy Protection. If it still doesn't work, you'll need software like DVD Decrypter (Windows) or MacTheRipper (OS X).

I downloaded it but the copyright thing or whatever, keep's poping up.

Is there a dycreptor, that doesn't have that copyright protection?

DVD Decrypter for Windows does that.
