Here the deal I'm here at work so might as well put my pc work (haha)... Anyways I downloaded format factory to convert videos and well I noticed it has an option to convert mp3's as well. So my question is which mp4 option do I choose for my 2nd gen Ipod touch. It gives an M4A and an M4R option or will neither work?

I would let itunes convert but will not convert all of them. Also i do not have itunes here at work. I would like to convert them put on my portable hard drive, the take it to the house and just drag over to itunes... I've got about 20 gigs to convert.

Click the "Video" tab, I'm guessing.
