So i installed Stack today, and it uninstalled Shrink from Cydia. so i clicked confirm. and now its at my lockscreen constantly respringing. Should I restore? And should I do a DFU restore? Is there any way i can mess up my iPod by doing a dfu restore? Thanks.

Im really scared right now just so you all know.

If you have sbsettings try and turn off either stack or shrink. If not then do a restore. When you restore, it is like a freshly unboxed iPod.

    to DFU:

turn it off, hold the power button for 3 secs, hold home without letting go of power for 10 secs, let go of power and hold home for 30 secs (ur comp should pick it up at about <25 secs)

this will work being hardware based

im having the same issue with 3.1.3 jailbreak with redsn0w. will my suggestion is dont check verboose boot with cydia. you will get constantly respring after you reboot. youll just see the verbose boot doing its job and get a sound like its connected but you wont see nothing except verbose boot. causing to restore. done it twice. giving me a headache.

well what i'm gonna do is give it to my friend at school. he'll fix it. but the gay thing is that i just got a call from school saying that there's no school tomorrow due to the inclement weather. that's one more day...

so wait...on 3.1.3, if i do verbose boot with cydia installed, It won't work?

Is there anyway for me having verbose boot but not being jailbroken?

Cuz i want to not have my itouch 2G jb'en but have verbose boot or custom boot logos.

    Thanks.

No, there is no way to do verbose boot or custom boot logos without being jailbroken.
