what to do?
i have openssh...
services SHH is on...
check whether the ipod IP address has changed. sometimes they do.
how do i check that?
Just switch to CuteFTP Pro...I know many hate it, but I like it. And to check your IP ADDRESS just go to settings and click
"wifi" then on your SSID click the arrow, it should tell you.

go into settings, general, network, wifi, then hit the little blue arrow next to your connection. it will tell you what the IP address of the ipod is.
did all that ... still the conection is refused
Did you install BSD SUBSYSTEM TOO?
Did you restart your iPhone? Try to uninstall it including OPENSSH and then retry.
is the ipods IP address and the connection you trying to make with winscp the same?
if so, the only other times i cant connect are when the ipod is not connected to the computer. make sure its connected and the IPs are the same. other than that cant help, sorry
