Okay so I was using my iPod and all was fine. I was done with it for a while so I turned it off. When I turned it back on a while later it just showed the Connect to iTunes screen (iTunes symbol and the USB cable) and it won't go away. I've connected it to my computer a number of times, usually iTunes will open as soon as I connect. Even when I open iTunes up first, my iPod won't show up and I can't do anything with it. I keep turning it on and off, but nothing's changing and the screen won't go away.

    Any help?

Go into iTunes and click "Restore".
