I just bought a 2012 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X with the Rockford Fosgate stereo , and the AUX 1/8 inch imput. I went out and bought a Belkin 1/8 inch to 1/8 inch mp3 connector , and I get nothing. The owners manual is very vague, it just says plug it in and go....LOL . Anyone know what caonnector cord will make my ipod work in the truck?

Hit the aux button. Should be near cd --- radio ---> AUX <---- scan

Thanks for the reply, but that was an obvious choice, I plugged the cable into the AUX port, and pressed the AUX button, the display now reads AUX , but I get nothing. If I unplug the AUX cable from the IPOD , I do hear the noise of the unplugging action over the stereo speakers , so I'm getting some kind of connection, just not what The IPOD needs I guess.

Should be able to connect it to your iPod via Bluetooth. Check your manual, sometimes it varies but for the most part it's pretty simple.
