I'm thinking about jailbreaking my 2.0 Touch. I'm happy with it as it is, but I would like to be able to use themes, user created apps, emulators etc. I'm just worried I won't be able to use the App store anymore, or other legit Apple stuff that might come out.

Just wanted to find out what exactly happens when you jailbreak, and if there are any risks (other than the warranty being void).

It is always your own risk. But Winpwn doenst jailbreak your ipod, just your itunes. So I think its safe to do.

unless you muck up a step. there is no risk to your ipod.
you will have to sync all your ipod content (music applications etc..) back across.
appstore and everything still works after jailbreak.
App store apps and cydia apps work side by side.
    All is well!

    Great! Thank you.

Where do I start out? I've read through a bunch of stuff here, but still not 100% clear on where to start. Is there a FAQ och tutorial anywhere?
