I plugged in my iPod moments ago, and i use the Genius Playlist feature, but i was wondering, can Apple be spying on you? What i mean is can they possible detect your iPod as a Jailbroken one? I know it says that its "Confidential" but i doubt it.

That would definitely be against the law. It would be a privacy matter.

Yes they spy on us. That little light sensor on the front of your iPod is actually a camera so that Apple can see you and spy on you all the time.

Rofl, hitman was joking to those who think he was serious...
Apple isn't spying on us. It would be against the law and also against Apples "Customer Privacy Policy".
Check this out to see what they CAN do though.

Edit: Also their is no way they can detect whether your iPod is jailbroken in the current iTunes. Maybe an update will change that in the future.
