My computer won't read that my iPod is connected to it. The iPod charges and all, but it won't come up in iTunes. I have looked everywhere to try and fix the problem, and all I can come up with is that something happend to my usbaapl.sys drive. How might I be able to locate it or download it.

    Please help me.

Is your iTunes up to date? If not update in the help tab in iTunes. Also try resetting your ipod then hooking it up.

Use Device Manager to see if your computer is detecting it at all. It is in Administrative Tools--Computer Management. If it's there, it will be under USB Devices

i was jeffrey529, but then i got hacked...

anyway try using a different computer.
and download an itunes installer file, and extract it using 7zip or something like that.
there will be a few .msi thingys. Install the Apple Mobile Device one. Restart. Plug in your iPod. It should work.
