well i see that a lot of you guys have custom themes that arent in cydia
and also some that you made.
How do you get stuff like that from your computer onto your ipod.
Like those weather alerts on your spring board
also those, themes that you took and edited... like changed the background and stuff

First, to get the themes from your comptuer to your iPod you have to intall OpenSSH from Cydia. Then reboot.

    1. Download an FTP client (this allows you to view your iPod's system files)
Download WinSCP or CuteFTP (make sure it is 8 professional)

    2. Once you have downloaded and installed your program, launch it.

    ||WinSCP||

    1. Once you open it

You will see this, simply click New.

You will see this next. The text displayed in the boxes are the directions, to find your iPod's IP address go to Settings>Wi-Fi>[NETWORK] and you will see your IP address.

You will most likely see this message upon login, just click add and it will log you in

This is your iPod's files and folders, to add themes go to /Library/Themes, where I circled is where you can type in this directory.

This is the folder with the WinterBoard themes, the directory is displayed differently but is still /Library/Themes. Just drop in your themes, respring or reboot, and your done.

    |CuteFTP is the same process. But when the message pops up before you login saying security breach or something click yes and yes on the second message.|

    Or "weather alerts"

    1. Download WbApp from Cydia.

    2. Go in to WinterBoard and check off WbWeatherWidget.

    3. When it is done respringing go in to WbApp.

4.On the bottom, go to Themes by Type, scroll down to the category Util.

    5. Tap on Util: WbWeather Wdgt/

    6. Then on the top right corner hit Flip.

    7. Configure your settings, hit Save:Config when you are done then respring then OK.

And it should be all set.
