    ok so.. I've apparently installed something on my ipod (probably iphone related), and it gave me this error saying "Apple Mobile Device service is not started" and wouldn't allow me to sync, restore, nor restore through recovery mode. So then I tried the whole start and reset thing through "services.msc" via run, and every time I pressed start (the only "clickable" button) and it gave me this error saying "this cannot run because it is not busy.." something along those lines. After I set it to DFU mode and tried to force it into the typical 1.1.4 firmware. Then I got error 1604 (due to the Apple Mobile Device issue i'm guessing). So now i'm stuck in DFU mode and can't restore via itunes. I tried to get out using iBrickr and ZiPhone but it was useless (kinda figured from the start, but it was worth a shot).

    let me sum it up
    - Stuck in DFU mode
    - "Apple Mobile device is not started" error won't let me restore via iTunes.
    - Can't escape the above error.

    please help
