    EDIT:
Thanks for your help guys, I've managed to pwn, now I have a different problem:
Whenever I try to install something from Cydia my iPod freezes on the spinning logo and I have to restore

Hi guys, I've tried everything I can after searching up the threads but I'm still having a problem. I've just decided to upgrade from 1.14 to 2.0 on my iTouch 32GB, I've downloaded the firmware from iTunes and downloaded the most recent release of Winpwn. I tried building the firmware but for some reason I can't locate my C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPod Software Updates directory even though I have my hidden folders set to 'show'. So I googled the firmware and downloaded it

Anyways I used that firmware, followed the instructions on Gitykin's '[HOW TO] Jailbreak all 2.0.x firmwares [iPod, iPhone, and 3G][IN-DEPTH][Windows]' thread, made a custom boot logo and tried building the firmware but it gave me this error:

I tried removing my custom boot logo and the same thing happened. So I tried Quickpwn and chose my iPod, Cydia and Installer and set it to go but it came up with this error:

I have no idea what's going on, my iPod is plugged in and iTunes is open, nothing else is open other than Firefox. Help?!

iTunes should not be open... but then again quickpwn should close it

Try unchecking the box under the "Custom images" in the ipsw builder for cutom boot logos, that seems to be where it's getting stuck.

Nope, unfortunately the same thing happens with iTunes closed. I've noticed in the log it says:

28/08/2008 13:46:24 - Failed to load image catalog
28/08/2008 13:46:34 - Failed to load payload catalog
    28/08/2008 13:46:47 - Preferred root size is:500

    Is this important?
Hi, I've tried this, doesn't seem to make a difference

    Have you tried 2.0.1?

Also, did you uninstall any older versions of WinPwn you had before 2.0.0.4?

Well 2.0.1 seems to be working, it hasn't crashed or quit yet, *hopeful*
