Every time I open iTunes, it says someting about that it is running in a compatibility mode for an older version of windows and to turn it off, but I don't have any compatibilty modes on. I checked my shortcut and the actual .exe but they both don't have comp. modes on. I used to have a comp. mode on, but now I don't. It only says this on my Windows 7 user account.

It's not that big of a deal, it's just annoying sometimes.

Hello. Have you tried to run the iTunes programs as an Administrator, to see if you get the same problem?

Have you tried checking it into compatibility mode, running it, and then unchecking it again? That may fix your problem, possibly could be a registry error.
