Compass app

    I found the compass.app in the applications folder,I was wondering if there is any way to enable it, not that it would be much use

    I think it cant be enabled. If i am correct, there is also a phone.app

    Well, as the iPod Touch doesn't have an internal compass, I can't imagine it works...

    its missing some files needed to work but i have managed to get it to show up in springboard but it crashes when opened

    If you set the permissions correctly, there is a chance it may open completely and not crash.

    The permissions should be already be set correctly by Apple. It crashes because of the lack of a compass in the iPod Touch 4G.

    well we can use a gyroscope compass right?

    No you can't. The gyroscope can't figure out which direction you're facing. You need a magnetic compass in the iPod to use this app. None exists.

    The gyroscope isn't accurate enough...

    no, the gyroscope is basicly a advanced version the old tilt device.
