    Would the government really be so stupid as to settle with, HarperCollins Publishers, Hachette Book Group, and Simon & Schuster without requiring them to provide evidence? Or is the DOJ just one more thing for sale, if you have billions to spend? Then again if one looks at the owner of CNET, and Simon & Schuster and the fact that they have settled, one just might draw the opinion that CBS doesn't believe what it is trying to sell.... CBS owns both CNET and Simon & Schuster after all
