So i started getting the wrong time(+3 hours) in the end of august, after installing something from cydia(of course). I searched and searched and now it seems to be fixed, that is what I did:
Method I found on the web-in itunes preferences' Devices tab delete your ipod backups(it will then take eternity to create a new one,if you have many apps installed

). close itunes, open it,set right time on ipod and connect it-sync it
2nd:my addition(dont know, if this is necessary

)-set time zone to another city(in my case it was Minsk to Athens, both gmt+2) and turn of calendar support. hope this works for you
and a small tip-if safari freezes on reopening revert your safari download manager to 1.3,thats a bug in 1.5
