why hi there, I haven't been talking on this forum for a while and I still don't have my Ipod touch

but I'd like to ask 2 simple questions while I'm here.

    1. I have read you charge it for 4 hours at a completely dead battery, but when your battery is full and it's still in the charger will it have any negative effects on the battery (I know that ipods automatically stop the energy when it is full to prevent overcharging) but will the ipod become dependant on the charger and not last as long without it. I plan to charge overnight.

    2. Could someone confirm if they have bought their ipod touch very recently if, now that 3.0 is out, will the second generation touches come automatically with Firmware 3.0? because I really dislike 3.0 and prefer 2.2.1

Thanks for taking the time reading it, I hope you had as much fun reading this as I had fun typing it (not much)
