I'm trying to charge my Ipod touch on an OLD computer, and I've heard the iTunes has to be installed to charge an iPod. I think this is true, because I plugged it in and it's not charging. Anyone have a fix or an idea on how to fix this?

P.S. If not fix, then force to charge?

Well, all iPhones/iPods require XP to Vista or Tiger to Leopard.

You dont need iTunes installed to charge it.If you buy a power adapter for your iPod Touch you can charge it without installing iTunes on the wall outlet

Just either get XP or use a newer computer. To ME it sounds simpler than buying something.

you can only charge it if its a usb 2.0 port with enough power flowing through it
having iTunes installed doesnt make any difference
you can even charge it off of a wii
