I have the 2nd generation ITouch. I try to charge it with my Belkin powered USB hub and it does not charge. I can charge my ITouch with the USB port on my computer, so I know there is nothing wrong with my ITouch. I am also able to charge other USB devices with my powered USB hub, so I know that it also works. Does anyone know if the ITouch can be charged with a powered USB Hub?

charging doesn't work with my iFusion though it works with my iPod Video.
the iPod Touch 2G only charges with the apple charger or a computer.

the pins must have been modified on a 2G, so stick with the computer or you can get the Apple Universal Dock (make sure you get a power adapter for it too).

Try restarting your iPod touch, then charging.

Are you sure you have an iTouch charger and not one for the iPod Touch?
