Is it bad for the battery if you charge the ipod touch a little everyday... I tend to give it a little charge using my dock or computer usb port when the battery drops to halfway.

Or, is it better to let the battery die out completely and charge?

I just plug mine in every night like a phone. The bad thing is i hear the battery only goes to 400 charges or so.

Lithium Ion batteries deplete at a completely constant rate. Over charging or extended use and charging makes NO difference.

No matter how little or how much you charge the iPod, it won't change how the battery decays.

That's good news. I charge mine everyday. And if I use it for Home use, I leave it plugged in through Powercord charge.

There IS a number of charge cycles for every battery, but apple can change the battery for 79$...Is that even worth it, you could get a new ipod.
