Is it okay to leave me device on charge in my dock even if it has fully charged? Will it mess up my battery?

I do. I always keep it plugged in and charging when I'm at home and the battery life is just as good as when I got it.

Yea I charge it at night and its probably at 100% for hours. The battery used isn't damaged by this.

That's the great thing about the iPod battery... At least it doesn't go haywire when connected to a power source for long periods of time unlike mobile phones, lol!

I also have an Altec Lansing inMotion stereo system that I connect my touch to... It's great for playing music as well as an iPod alarm clock!
