I downloaded Windows Advanced, and TOTALLY redid it. Everything but the icons are different. An update came out, and it reverted all my hard work. Luckily I backed up the custom one on my computer, and FTP'd it back in. But it annoys me that there is always a bubble with a 1 in it on the Cydia icon, showing the update for Windows Advanced. I changed the folders name on the theme, but it still shows the update. How do I either ignore the update or change it somehow beyond Cydia's recognition?

If you've got the theme backed up on your computer, remove it from Cydia and SSH it into your themes folder. You'll never have to see an update for it again.
