Is there a way to change the clock to a 12 hour, instead of 24?

    Theres an option in:

Settings > General > Date + Time - That says 24-Hour time, and its on but it won't let me change it the option is faded out?

Now would someone please explain why I have to have my British bought, living in Britain, iPod Touch set to United States region? My time zone is London (obviously) so why not UK region support?

Just so I understand of course
