Changing the alarm on an ipod touch to a song

    ok guys 2 days ago I have figured out how to set any song as an alarm on your ipod touch 2nd gen 1st gen iphone and iphone 3g. This should work on 2.1 2.2.1 I have not tested the other versions here is a video that shows you how (it was created by me)

    doesn't it just have to be a ringer file?

    Yes you have to make a ring tone file (.m4r) and put it into the ring tone directory.

    easiest way is to convert any song to AAC in itunes select the length in options, then drag to desktop rename from song.mp4 to song.m4r then using ifunbox open the ringers file then insert it will show up under alarms
