I use Gmail, and when I installed Mail.app I chose to set up my account with Gmail. Yay! But the only problem is that when you send an email you get a copy, and when you delete stuff on your computer it stays on your iPod Touch. Since there's no way to change the settings (the Mail settings are usually in the Settings app, but I'm not using an iPhone) do I just delete Mail.app and reinstall it or is there a different file I must restore?

    Thanks

Go to your gmail account and go to settings (on your computer) Enable IMAP and set it up on your touch by following the instructions in the video (there should be a link next to the IMAP setting in gmail.) Once you have that set up changes that you make on your touch (ie. delete, mark as read) will show up on your computer and vice-versa.

Have you tried going into Preferences --> Mail and turning off the "Always Bcc Myself" option? Because that is exactly what I did.

    Just a thought.
