Okay so I recently downloaded a complete theme in cydia, namely paramore v2.0 (haters gonna hate) because it had a cool-looking media player and installed it via winterboard. I don't like, however, that it changed the lockscreen background, app background, some app icons and etc. How do I go about removing these changes?

Rename files that annoy you (with SSH —google it) & then respring.

You can also do it with iFile.
