    create a folder called ulables.theme
    in that folder create a folder called bundles
    in bundles create a folder called com.apple.springboard
    in com.apple.springboard create a folder called en.lproj
    open notepad, make sure it is notepad. type in

    "AWAY_LOCK_LABEL" = "Enter what you want here";
    "SYNC_IN_PROGRESS" = "Enter what you want here";
    "ENTER_PASSCODE" = "Enter what you want here";
    "POWER_DOWN_LOCK_LABEL" = "Enter what you want here";
    "SLIDE_TO_CANCEL" = "Enter what you want here";

    in the quotes replace "Enter what you want here" with what ever you want your label to be.
    save that as SpringBoard.Strings in en.lproj
    now copy the ulabels.theme folder to /Library/Themes
    open up winterboard(not summer, winter) and check ulabels and press the home button.
    your ipod will respring and your done.

    Tell people to make sure When it's SSH'd in. It's named Springboard.strings NOT Springboard.strings.txt. Which is a common error with windows...
