    Hey there ....

I already found out that there is only a piezo clicker in the iTouch ... but how is the sound implemented?
Can you change the alarm sounds or the klick sound to a custom klick sound ??

I'm pretty sure the piezo noises are generated internally (i.e. they are not sound files, just chip-generated tones) so there's likely no way to change them.

i disagree, on my old 5th generation you could change the duration and tone of the piezo noise within the bootloader, so there must be some way of making it possible

There are actual alarm music files that play when the alarm goes off. Along with that is a plist that has the pitch, duration etc, that goes along with each music file. You can find it in SSH somewhere.

I'm trying to do the same thing (custom click tones)- I'll post if i get anywhere.

EDIT: This helps a little: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=382991

    EDIT: I did it!
    /System/Library/Frameworks/Celestial.framework/SystemSoundBuzzToneSequences.plist
This file has KeyPressed and ScreenLocked sections which can be manipulated in the same way as the alarms in the link from my earlier edit.
