How can I change my homescreen, (not lockscreen) background?

    I have a 3.1.2 8GB Jailbroken iTouch, 3rd Generation.

I have Cydia, Rock, and Winterboard if it's any help.
    Thanks!

    > Get a desired wallpaper
    > Make sure its resolution is 320x480
    > Make a folder and rename it with whatever name you want eg. Background.
    > Put your wallpaper in this folder and rename it "Wallpaper.png" without the quotes. Capitalization of W is important
    > Drag this Background folder in your iPod's /Library/Themes folder with a software such as DiskAid.
    > Next, you'll see "Background" appear in Winterboard.
    > Tap on the Background option and you'll see a check besides it.
    > Now quit Winterboard. It'll respring automatically and VOILA! you've just set your desired picture as your Background without much effort !!
