So...i found a way to change the audio files that the clock app uses for the alarm. Just wanted to know if this is something everyone has already been doing? or should i share with the class?

I love waking up to music instead of my stupid alarm clock every morning.

No, we've known about it. Some, at least.

But, there seems to be some people here that don't, so you should teach them

hmmm...ok...well....heres what i did..and it seems to work fairly well..=)...you need to be able to ssh into your ipod touch. so ssh into it. change to the directory /private/var/stash/Ringtones.rebVFf. that is where all of the alarm sounds are stored. then in itunes you select the audio file you want to use as an alarm. make sure its highlighted. then go to advanced options at the top and create and AAC version of the audio file. after that is done, take the AAC version of the audio file that you just made and drag it over to the folder that stores the alarm sounds. copy it into the folder. after the file is done being copied into the folder change the file extension at the end to .m4r...... Now the new alarm file should be in your clocks app. Enjoy. =)
