that some one could make the Roms of SNES/NES/GB so that you could just download it on your ipod and play it? without having to download it from online and manually installing it?

only reason why im asking is because since i have a mac 99% of the roms are made for PC's and wont open on my comp. the itouch has been out for less then 2 months and look at all of the stuff people have been able to do.

    so chance of this happening?

Yeah, i think it was from the Bigboss source. Theres a few MB of roms. Probably about 50 of them.

ROMs aren't made for a Mac or a PC, you just need a good emulator.

Yeah thats true. You can only download .nes roms from installer though. But there is a program used to convert other types of roms to .gba etc.

The ROMs aren't dependent on your type of computer; you just need the right program to run the ROMs.

For NES ROMs I recommend Nestopia.
For GameBoy and GameBoy Color ROMs (NOT GBA), I would say KiGB is a pretty good choice, considering their testing of every single GameBoy game ever released "as perfectly compatible as of the latest release."
