Any reason why Linkin Park's new album: Living Things costs $12 on iTunes and $10 at BestBuy for the CD?
For some strange reason, iTunes is making Living Things so much :( (12 songs for $12 :O??? and one of the songs is just background music [Tinfoil]!!!) I'm not complaining, I'm just wondering.
I'm going to buy it anyhow :) .
Linkin Park = Best band ever :)

Well since most people nowadays buy music through itunes and other online methods and not through CDs, the price I guess could go down due to less demand and more supply?

Well...if your computer crashes and/or CD shatters, you won't be able to get it back. I do agree CDs are quite affordable, but iTunes seems much more...convenient for me.

I'd rather have a hard copy of the CD anyway. I never buy albums from iTunes.

You actually get a lot less with the CD. Did you consider that you get your purchased music stored free of extraneous charges in iCloud? Also, you usually get more tracks and a music video (if you care about that), the convenience of downloading it anywhere and playing it versus all you have to do to get it on your iPod/iPhone/etc.

My main concern is why someone is listening to Linkin Park

iTunes gives bonus tracks... IDK if the physical CD does. If it does, get the CD :)
