For the people suffering from this; the cause seems to be upgrades that are installed through cydia. The file that seems to be causing it is SQLite v3 and perhaps libxml2 and libxslt.

It might, just try and see if it works.

So that's what does it? Hmm. Should I leave it prompting for that upgrade or just uninstall it entirely?

I haven't installed anything, does this download by itself, like an automatic update.. I just want to it to boot normal mode everytime. I see the update but i haven't installed it manually. Even though i delete it wont still boot in normal mode... What's causing this loop cycle!

And how do you install ssh in ipod to load the winterboard patch, cause i think if you fix this it would allow you to boot in normal mode.

No, it doesn't download by itself. To install ssh, go into cydia and search for openssh and install it.. openssh will also install openssl but it won't cause the reboot problem

You have to get Installer into the custom Firmware, and then install SSh from Installer.
