I do not have iOS4 yet, however I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the two folder options.

    Stabbility?
    Speed?
    Appearance?

Personally, I love CategoriesSB when its configured to show no images or titlebars.
Can you configure the built-in folders to not show a title/etc?

Also, w/ CategoriesSB, when using Iconoclasm, you can have CategoriesSB folders align in the same placement as your normal Springboard. By the looks of some screenshots I've looked at, it seems like the built-in folders load in seperate places not neccesarily aligned with the SpringBoard.

Meh, I'd love to hear some arguments though.

Categories SB is way better obviously, you just tap on the folder and its loaded instantly, I just keep opening the folder on my phone and am fascinated by how quick it opens, and it lets you add as many apps as you want, the built in folders only allow 12 apps and dont allow you to change the image of the folders.

Built-in folders. I haven't used CategoriesSB but in my opinion, Native > Non-native. The only thing I don't like about the native folders is that you can only have 12 apps per folder.

The 12 apps per folder thing I wasn't aware of; humph.
Now does the built-in folders load instantly or is it like another app?

    @thedj
Pretty good argument; I'll have to agree w/ that.
But I think theres a thread on here about how to change the folder background; but I hate even having a background on the folders regardless of whether you can change the image or not, I'd prefer all transparent IMO, which is what I have now w/ CategoriesSB.

Hopefully theres a mod that lets you have unlimited apps in native folders

Im sure a bunch of script kiddies are hopping all over iOS4 atm.
I'd give it a day or two before we know all the flaws/bugs/etc w/ iOS4

It's pretty much instant. You just click on the folder and the wallpaper shifts up or down (depending on where the folder is) and then it's open.

    Here's a video.

CategoriesSB is nice, but I prefer the UI of the native folders.
