Yeah, So i'm running the new 3.0 Software on my iPod Touch 2g
I Put the Categories app.. IN a category Before i jailbroke to 3.0.
Now it's stuck there. Along with multiple nessesary features on my iPod. I've tryed everything i thought of.

I need to manually remove the Categories app icon/launcher Out of itself.

Have you tried just unhiding it in sbsettings or something? That's what I try when I lose an app

Are you saying you were jailbroken, you upgraded to 3.0, and then jailbroke again? Because its highly recommended that you restore to stock FW BEFORE upgrading to 3.0. Because all of the old jailbreak data is still there, below the new jailbreak data. Clogs up your iPod.

Anyways, if you still have access to settings, do the following:
    Open Settings.
Go to General > Restrictions > Enable Restrictions.
Set your passcode, and then reboot your iPod.
Go back to General > Restrictions > Disable Restrictions.
All your apps should be back on your homescreen now.
