I was wondering whether or not i should get just a case for my new ipod touch or add a screen protector to it (most likely invisible shield). I was thinking about ordering this hard candy case so it would arrive about the same time as my new ipod. Yet, when i started to think about it i don't want to get my screen scratched either. So... this is where i run into the dilemma. The hard candy case makes it unable to apply a screen protector. Also I'm not entirely sure whether or not to get the invisible shield in the first place. From anybody's experience has it degraded the ipod in any way shape or form? What do you all think? Any comments appreciated

just get the full body invisible shield you will never see a scratch on it and it looks like an ipod, not a case

This, it doesn't add any bulk either.

I've always liked the idea of the full body protector like the invisibleSHIELD, but I'm wondering how harder it is to put the back protector on the ipt4? It's easy for the iPhone 4 as the back is flat, but with the ipt 4 the back is more 'edgy'?

The iPod touch 4 is more edgy on the sides, the back is flat.

True, the back is flat but it might make it tricky because of the more 'edgy' side.

I would do the full body coverage, but from what i've read it sounds like it only provides protection from scratches and not from me being clumsy and dropping it on the floor.

Aside from that the invisible shield doesn't make it any more difficult to use the touch interface does it?
