How can I change the Carrier Text from white to black, I have searched, but it envelopes making the carrier image and setting the picture to 20px, but I am not so good with photo editing, so is there an easier way to change the text color from white to black?

If you have that T-Mobile done by MIM. That is how MIM works. You would have to make the Custom Carrier Image yourself. That is the only way.

It doesn't have to do with the the info.plist

Check "Solid Status Bar" in Winterboard, and then put the status bar you want to see and THEME.theme/Bundles/com.apple.springboard/Default_BG.png
