    Hi,
I have the iphone locked to tmobile in my country. I own a tmobile sim card and everything works ok. Im planning on going to another carrier (tele2) but keeping the same sim and number.
My question is: when i do change carrier will my phone lock??
Is the phone locked to the carrier itself or to the actual sim card??

    Thanks

If it's not jailbroken or unlocked I would expect another sim will not work.

    it is jailbroken!

see the problem is that when i try another SIM card of the carrier i want to be in (tele2) my current carrier is Tmobile and is also locked to tmobile, i can't get it unlocked coz it has the pin lock enabled, and yellowsnow does not support that.
Now i was wondering if the pin lock is actually on the card or the carrier...coz if it's on the card than keeping my tmobile card with the old pin would work with yellowsnow hmmm
