As those of us who frequently restore because of software updates and jailbreak releases know, restores can start to eat away at the formatted capacity of your iPod. I believe the secure erase in the iPhone fixes this issue (though I'm not sure) but that feature is not in iPod Touch 2.0. How do I go about deleting all the useless, backed up junk on my iPod so that I can have my .5 GB back?
