    Hey everyone,

    hope you can help me.
My brother has an ipt3g jailbroken with blackra1n. He used it yesterday night until the battery was empty but was too lazy to charge it. In the morning it won't even turn on. We connected the ipt3g with the computer for over 30minutes, but it won't turn on. We also tried to put it into recovery mode (Hold Home Button and connect to computer) but it doesn't seem to work. Putting it into DFU mode won't work. I pressed both the Home and Sleep Button for 10 seconds and released the sleep button but itunes won't recognize it.
Does anyone know what I can still do?

Apparently, it is better to use Blackra1n in Windows XP Compatibility mode.

Can you get the iPod to the recovery screen?
Hold home and power button for about 12+ seconds
Let go, and plug it in, and have blackra1n run. Should work.

@Chichiri, mine was same situation too I didn't realize it yet. I was at my frens when I rebooted my 2G n stuck at connect to iTunes, but my iPod.Touch won't reconize there, nor by Laptop with win7 nor my iPod.Touch show any signs of connectivity. But when I walked home n tried on my notebook which was Vistax64 that time it worked fine. So I guess Win7 won't go well with broken devices. My notebook currently has Seven so I need plan for future failures... maybe dual boot my desktop win7 n Xp, which is Win7 only at the moment!
