It skips things if nothing has changed since last time.
Make a new playlist in itunes and see if you can sync it to the iphone

Go to notepad and copy/paste these 10 lines in.

Nvm ignore this, these steps are for of you can't see your iPhone in iTunes.

    regsvr32 /s softpub.dll
    regsvr32 /s wintrust.dll
    regsvr32 /s dssenh.dll
    regsvr32 /s rsaenh.dll
    regsvr32 /s gpkcsp.dll
    regsvr32 /s sccbase.dll
    regsvr32 /s slbcsp.dll
    regsvr32 /s mssip32.dll
    regsvr32 /s cryptdlg.dll
    regsvr32 /s initpki.dll

Save the file as "appleipod.bat" and save it to your desktop. Then, open the task manager, go to processes and end the iTunesHelper process. Close the task manager, open iTunes, close iTunes, launch the .bat file and plug in your iPhone. iTunes should open up and it should sync.

Thanks for both of you to answer that fast.

I tried adding new music and apps but for example itunes says "syncing iPhone (step 2 of 4) copying "X Game"" and it starts but then go to next step until it finished syncing.

I'm using a Mac so there is a equivalent for the codes you give me?

    thank you both!

There isn't, but connect iPhone to computer, open iTunes, go to store and authorize account.

I tried both of the solutions, reinstall itunes and give back authorization but still no fix, any other idea of what can be the issue before recovery?

    thanks

I have a Windows XP computer, and once I couldn't sync my iPod and it was really weird. The "Other" section of the bar at the bottom of the iPod screen in iTunes was larger than it should be. When I tried to sync videos and apps, it didn't show up as "Videos" or "Apps" it just showed up as "Other". A restore fixed the problem. If when you are syncing iPhone everything just shows up as "Other" then a restore might be helpful. That's likely not the problem though, as nobody I know had the same problem.
