Whenever I sync apps, it gives me the message (0xE8000041). I've tried everything but a restore, but I won't do that. Any ideas to fix this? Is there another way to install my apps besides itunes? Can I SSH them?

Try to change the owner of /var/mobile/application directory to 'mobile' and see if it solves your problem.

You can use iFunbox to install the Apps using "AppFastIn".
I dunno about the error though. It would be helpful if you supplied a screenshot.
