cant swap pages in springboard and ipod is very slow

    can somebody help

    my ipod is reacting very slow and i cant swap pages in springboard

    i have an ipod touch 3g 3.1.3 jailbroken with spirit

    Hard reboot, (power + home) should 'refresh' the ipod

    Go into sbssettings and disable some of the mobilesubstraTe addons. NOT SBSettings or winterboard. See if that speeds it up

    It would do yeah, but that's generally a last resort kinda thing.

    Try a normal sync in iTunes, that might speed it up

    it would defidently work np, unles u really screwed up on the hardware itsself somehow then your screwed no way to help you after that.
