I have OS 3.0 ad all the jailbreak works beautifully until I upgrade winterboard and mobile substrate today.
Now I always just have a plain black wallpaperr no matter what the theme.
But before I could use wallpapers and animated wallpapers. I reinstalled winterboard and mobile substrate but no luck. Any help?

Yes, try it and see if it works. Also, try a reboot if you haven't already

    Maybe try re-jailbreaking with Redsn0w 0.8
