cant restore from verbose

    i have tried everything on this forum and i cant get rid of my verbose boot. i have to be doing something wrong. has any body successfully reversed the process and been able to restore, and if so what commands did you use? i would greatly appreciate your help.

    I think there are irecovery codes that clear something allowing you to restore.
    I don't know them but I'll keep an eye on this thread just incase I ever decide to get rid of verbose..

    ive tried them all, nothing works for me. if you do get ride of verbose successfully, let me know how please.

    I just want to know the codes incase I wanna have a boot logo again at some point..

    i lost my boot logo in the process. now i can't restore or anything.

    I will help you because i got rid of it yesterday....

    1.Your iPod should be ON ... and connected to PC
    2.Hold POWER&HOME buttons (when it is ON) and wait until the screen went black...then let the POWER button until your PC recognises it...
    3.Open CMD and navigate to the iRecovery_SVN folder...
    3.Now type : iRecovery -f iBSS211.dfu
    4.Then unplug and plug the cable in again...
    5.Now type : iRecovery -s

    6.Now open iTunes and make a restore on your Custom Firmware (Shift restore) ...

    have you tried changing your boot logo? i like the verbose but i want to be able to change my boot logo. im just going to wait for chris stroud's redtool with logo manager. he said it will be able to add or delete verbose as well as boot logos.
