Cant quit cydia on 2.0

    hey guys,
    on the new cydia on fw 2.0 i cant quit after installing a file
    i keep pressing and holding the home button but i cant quit the only way i can quit is by force shutting down by holding the home and sleep button then booting up again

    does any one have a fix for this

    You cant quit after installing because its still loading on the springboard. Its cydia's feature called AppLoad. Instead of respringing, it loads apps a bit like appstores way and not respring. Dont force shutdown as that can cause a SWOD

    Thank you so much for this!!! I thought my iPod was locking up when this happened. Ill just have to be more patiant.

    Ohh if you have alot of appstore apps, it might take a while

    Oh yeah. when installing, look at your statusbar. It will have a swod in the statusbar. This is telling you that it's doing something and that you should leave it alone.
    When that SWOD disappears from the statusbar, it is ok to exit Cydia

    Well looks like I'm still having trouble, if I just leave cydia sit the wheel spins in the status bar for a while and then stops, a little while later and the touch reboots itself. Wonder if I messed it up earlier being impatient and need to do a restore.
